I have a question: At the section GET Bank, there are 2 things: Donate To Cash-Out and Donate GET $. Which one do I have to use for conversion?

If you want to convert your points to real cash then use Donate to Cash-out (make sure that you donate it to GET sponsor).
Donate GET $ is used only if you want to donate your GET $ to another GET members.

I have get$ 55.and 30 post.But when i am trying to cash out it says no actiom taken why.

Can you show me the message or Link that you are getting when you try to do so. Cause nothing of that sort is natural. And its working for others. So need some specific detail on that.
